Contains essential oil of Foeninculum vulgare

DIRECTIONS

• Diffuse: Add up to 6 drops (0.3mL) to the water of your diffuser.
• Mental clarity tip: Add 1 drop of fennel oil into a carrier oil such as jojoba and rub onto your hands, then cup in front of your face and take deep breaths
• Indigestion: 2 drops of Aniseed, 2 drops of Ginger, 1 drop of Fennel.
• Detoxify the Body: 1 drop of Fennel, 1 drop of Cinnamon, 2 drops of Lime.
• Purifying Room Spray: 2 drops of Fennel, 2 drops Lemongrass, 2 drops of Clary Sage.
