Each capsule of HERBS OF GOLD Magnesium Citrate 900 contains 145.8mg of elemental magnesium, a well-absorbed form that helps prevent dietary magnesium deficiency. This supplement also relieves premenstrual tension and reduces menstrual cramps and pain, supports a healthy stress response and nervous system function, and reduces mild migraines. Additionally, Magnesium Citrate 900 promotes cardiovascular, bone, and muscle health, as well as sugar metabolism and energy production. It is also effective in relieving muscle cramps and preventing their occurrence when dietary magnesium intake is inadequate.

Adults and children over 12 years – Take 1 capsule, twice daily, with food.
