This blend is great to have on hand and is also known for its calming aroma when inhaled, featuring Anise, Peppermint, Ginger, Caraway, Coriander, Cardamom, and Fennel.

USES

• Add one or two drops to water or food for flavouring.
• Diffuse before flying or taking a road trip for a calming aroma.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
• Food flavour use: Add one or two drops to food.
