USES

• Diffuse by adding to a favourite CPTG® essential oil or oil blend.
• Add a drop to the beverage of your choice.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
• Diffusion: Add two to three drops to your favourite essential oil blend.
