PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

 Grapefruit is popularly known as a "forbidden fruit" or one of the "Seven Wonders of Barbados" due to its clustered growth, resembling grapes. Its energising, invigorating and uplifting aroma, as well as its strong citrus and fruity flavour, is renowned. Primary Benefit: Perk up and invigorate any space - diffuse grapefruit essential oil after a long day or workout. Secondary Benefit: Uplift with a citrusy kick - add a drop or two to your water to help stave off cravings. Tertiary Benefit: Revive and stimulate - rub a small amount of essential oil on muscles for a quick pick-me-up.

USES

• Try adding one to two drops as a replacement for lemon or lime in recipes.
• A great oil to diffuse before and during exercising.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
• Food Flavour Use: Dilute one drop in 120 mL of liquid.
• Topical Use: Combine one to two drops with a teaspoon of carrier oil or facial moisturiser and apply to desired area.

Referred to as a ‘forbidden fruit’, Grapefruit originates from Barbados and is an accidental cross between the sweet orange and pomelo. It was first documented in 1750 by Welshman Rev. Griffith Hughes. These days Grapefruit is noted for its citrusy taste and rich source of antioxidants.
