This Adjustable Back Support has been crafted to offer support and heat to the back, aiding in circulation and mending of muscle discomfort and strain. Compression can also be gentle on sore muscles due to fatigue and injury. CAUTION

SIZE AND MEASUREMENT

• Small/Medium Up to 940mm (around waist)
• Medium/Large 820mm - 1060mm (around waist)
• Large/Extra Large 940mm + (around waist)

 DIRECTIONS

1. Wear against the skin or over clothing.
2. Fit support around waist ensuring lower back is covered.
3. Stretch and secure touch fasteners at the front.
4.  Must be firm, comfortable and not pinch (do not over tighten).
